SERVICES PRICES POLICIES

ON LOCATION MAKEUP SERVICE RATE

* $200. per person (1hr - lashes included)

PERSONALIZED MAKEUP LESSONS Lesson includes step by step instruction on basic Makeup application tailored to your individual needs. Pro tips and product recommendation. Auditing your current makeup bag. Face sheet for instruction and note taking included.

* One on One lesson - $450 (2 1/2 hrs - strip lashes included)

SAVE THE DATE DEPOSIT Makeup services require a 50% retainer (non-refundable non transferable) and a signed contract to secure a date.  Retainer is applied towards day of service and remaining amount is due on the day of the event before the makeup artist departs or before day of service. Retainer can be paid with Zelle, Venmo, personal check, money order or cash. If payment by check is returned or refused by a bank, then a $25. penalty shall be assessed and all future payments by check may be refused.

CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY Cancellation must be made at least thirty 30 days prior to the clients reserved date or the client will be responsible for paying the full amount of services agreed upon this contract. If event is postponed or cancelled, the deposit will not be refunded. Once the service and policy agreement are signed and dated, the Client is responsible for any cancellation on the event date. The event of sickness, accident, natural disaster, travel disaster, Makeup Artist cannot perform services, deposit will be refunded. I will try to the best of my ability to find a replacement Makeup Artist of similar style with no accumulative cost contingent on ones availability.

Additional members can be added if time/resources allow. This must be communicated at least 24hrs before the booking date. In the event an additional 2cnd Makeup Artist will be required, the additional acrude cost will be the responsibility of Client. No refunds will be given for members of the event who miss their appointment on the day of the event.

TRAVEL FEES Servicing San Diego and surrounding areas. Travel fee may apply when necessary. Client will be responsible for any parking fees, tolls, valet services or provide a vendor pass. Early arrivals scheduled before 8am - $100. each additional hr.

MAKEUP SERVICE AGREEMENT is a contract entered into by Eileen Weinberg “Makeup Artist” and ________________ referred to as Client for this date ____________ (Service date). By signing this contract both partied agree to all terms set forth. A signed copy of this contract agreement will be retained by Makeup Artist and will be provided to Client.

Makeup Artist will arrive at agreed time, date, location to provide makeup services agreed above. A well lit space with a flat surface for Makeup Artist to set up will be provided by client. Makeup Artist is an Independent contractor and not to be considered an agent or employee of Client for any purpose.

Client agrees to immediately inform Makeup Artist regarding any sensitivities or allergies that anyone receiving the services of Makeup Artist may have to makeup or products. Client agrees to hold harmless Makeup Artist and its agents, assistants from any liability from allergic reactions, injuries, losses, damage, costs, claims, and actions that may occur during the ordinary course of completing this agreement.

Client understands and agrees to pay the 50% retainer with signed contract to secure the appointment(s) for Makeup Artist day of services. Retainer is applied towards day of service. Remaining amount is due on the day of the service before the Makeup Artist departs or before day of service. Retainer/balance can be paid with Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, personal check, money order or cash. If balance due payment by check is returned or refused by a bank, then an additional $25. penalty shall be assessed and all future payments by check may be refused. Client understands the policies above.

PHOTOS Any photos taken by Makeup Artist on day of service may be used for their own promotional print use on website and/or social media. If yes, please initial here____. Follow along @eileenreneemua : No date is secure without a deposit and signed agreement.
