WEDDING MAKEUP AGREEMENT
A wedding makeup agreement is a professional contract between the makeup artist and client that outlines the scope of services, pricing, appointment details, cancellation policies, and liability terms. It ensures clear communication, protects both parties' interests, and sets expectations for the event or session.

SERVICES PRICES POLICIES
BRIDAL RATES *Bride + 4 ADULT PERSON MIN
* Bride Wedding Day Makeup - $250 (1hr - lashes included)
Bridesmaids/Mothers - $150pp (40mins)
Jr Bridesmaids - $75pp (12-15 yo. 15min) light application of the basics
Flower Girl - $45 (11 yo./under) lightest application, shimmery shadow, blush, lipgloss
Eyelash application - strip lashes $10 Individuals $20
Extended stay for on location Touch Ups - $150 (hourly rate)
Other wedding related makeup applications: *Engagement photo shoot *Bridal shower *Bachelorette party *Rehearsal dinner - $200 (1hr - lashes included)
SAVE THE DATE DEPOSIT Weddings require a 50% retainer (non-refundable non transferable) and a signed contract to secure a date. Retainer is applied towards day of service and remaining amount is due on or before the day of the wedding before the makeup artist departs. Retainer can be paid with Zelle, Venmo, personal check, money order or cash. If payment by check is returned or refused by a bank, then a $25. penalty shall be assessed and all future payments by check may be refused. (NOTE: Bridal Trial/Consult and the retainer fees for “Day Of Event” are two separate costs).
CHANGE POLICY/CANCELLATION For updates or timeline changes on your wedding day with Eileen Renee' Makeup, please contact us as soon as possible. Updates must be made in writing a minimum of 48hrs prior to scheduled time of Makeup Artists arrival. Cancellation must be made in writing minimum thirty 30 days prior to the client/brides reserved date or the client/bride will be responsible for paying the full amount of services agreed upon this contract. If wedding is postponed or cancelled, the deposit will not be refunded. Once the service and policy agreement are signed and dated, the client/bride is responsible for any changes/cancellation for the wedding date.
The event of sickness, accident, natural disaster, travel disaster, Makeup Artist cannot perform services, all funds will be refunded. I will try to the best of my ability to find a replacement Makeup Artist of similar style with no accumulative cost contingent on ones availability.
Additional Bridal party members can be added if time/resources allow. This must be communicated minimum 48hrs prior to the wedding date. In the event an additional 2cnd Makeup Artist will be required, the additional acrude cost will be the responsibility of client/bride. No refunds will be given for members of the wedding party who miss their appointment on the day of the wedding.
TRAVEL FEES Servicing San Diego and surrounding areas. Travel fee may apply when necessary. Client will be responsible for any parking fees, tolls, valet services or provide a vendor pass. Early arrivals scheduled before 8am - $100 each additional hr.
LIABILITY Client agrees to immediately inform Makeup Artist and its agents, assistants, regarding any sensitivities or allergies that anyone receiving the services of Makeup Artist may have to makeup or products. Client agrees to hold harmless Makeup Artist and its agents, assistants from any liability from allergic reactions, injuries, losses, damage, costs, claims, and actions that may occur during the ordinary course of completing this agreement.

WEDDING DAY MAKEUP SERVICE AGREEMENT is a contract entered into by Eileen Weinberg “Makeup Artist” and ______________________ referred to as client/bride for this date ___________(Event date). By signing this contract both partied agree to all terms set forth. A signed copy of this contract agreement will be retained by Makeup Artist and will be provided to client/bride.
Client/bride agrees to engage Makeup Artist to arrive at agreed time, date, location to provide makeup services agreed above. A well lit space with a flat surface for Makeup Artist to set up will be provided by client. Makeup Artist is an Independent contractor and not to be considered an agent or employee of client/bride for any purpose.
Client/bride agrees to immediately inform Makeup Artist regarding any sensitivities or allergies that anyone receiving the services of Makeup Artist may have to makeup or products. Client/bride agrees to hold harmless Makeup Artist and its agents, assistants from any liability from allergic reactions, injuries, losses, damage, costs, claims, and actions that may occur during the ordinary course of completing this agreement.
Client/bride understands and agrees to pay the 50% (non-refundable non transferable) retainer with signed contract to secure the appointment(s) for bridal party for Makeup Artist services day of Wedding. Retainer is applied towards day of service. Client/bride agrees to pay the complete balance for bridal party on or before the day of the wedding before Makeup Artists departs. Retainer/balance can be paid with Zelle, Venmo, personal check, money order or cash. If payment by check is returned or refused by a bank, then a $25. penalty shall be assessed and all future payments by check may be refused.
Client/bride understands that no refunds will be given for members of the wedding party who miss their appointment on the day of the wedding. Client/bride also understand responsibility for balances from any member of Bridal party who fail to provide payment. Client/bride understands the cancellation policy above.
Photos Any photos taken by Makeup Artist/assistant on day of the Event may be used for their own promotional print use on website and/or social media. If yes, please initial here____.
